At Kouritsu Co., Ltd., our plastic processing (cold forging) focuses on process shortening and consolidation through the introduction of FEM analysis software, the adoption of automatic pallet changers, and the utilization of three-dimensional transfer and three-stage forming. We perform precision machining of high-load products using a 1200t press. We are working on optimal mold design through the introduction of FEM analysis software and the realization of near-net shape by shortening development lead times. Additionally, we have achieved a significant reduction in setup time through external setup with the adoption of automatic pallet changers, and we confirm and understand the flow of the metal structure after forging through fiber flow inspection.
